Beautiful cherry color. Intense fruit aromas of roasted plum, blackberry, vanilla and flowers.
Volumetric taste with soft tannins, full body and aromas of cinnamon and chocolate. Fruit sweetness and spicy bitterness at the finish that leaves a scent of coffee.
In order to preserve the natural character, the wine has not been subjected to stabilization processes and occurrence of sediment is possible.
We recommend:
Consumption temperarure: 18 - 20 ˚C
Suitable for consumption are meatless recipes with tomatoes, roast pork, lamb cuts, cheese pie, mild yellow cheese, fish with tomato sauce, minced meat dishes.
