Blended red wine Special Kolarovo Selection. Manufactured from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Mavrud. Aged 12 months in new French and Bulgarian 225 liter barrels.
The wine has an intense ruby color. Intriguing fruity nose with well integrated components of mature black fruit combined with hints of iodine and eucalyptus and unobtrusive vanilla and smoke accents.
Classy wine with a powerful body, serious structure and much potential for aging. In the aftertaste dominate shades of oak, which give the impression of warmth, elegance and completeness. Long and spicy wine for connoisseurs.
We recommend:
Consumption temperarure: 18 - 20 ˚C
The wine has to be decanted before serving.
Suitable food - seasoned yellow cheese, game meat, duck, stwed or roasted lamb.
